Type of Fire Blanket
There are two types of fire blankets, namely foldable or foldable fire blankets and roll fire blankets. The foldable Fire Blanket is lightweight and easy to use. The choice of folding fire blanket sizes is 1.2x.12meter, 1.2x.18meter and 1x1.5meter. Thickness follows the width of the fire blanket. The small fire blanket is 0.43mm thick while the large fire blanket is 1.2mm thick. The greater the size of the fire blanket's ability to extinguish the fire, the higher it is.
Fire Blanket Standard
Fire Blankets meet BS EN 1869 standards. The Fire Blanket Industry (FIA) issues a "Code of Practice for Commissioning and Maintenance of Fire Blankets. Point standards such as fire blankets must undergo annual maintenance by a competent service provider. And replacement of fire blankets seven years from the date of commissioning."
